Drink more water with your meals and snacks.
Shun your excessive eating habit. If you have this habit cut up allowable vegetables like celery, carrot and capsicum into sticks or chunks and keep them in the fridge to munch when you feel hungry.
When you get hungry, you can have a handful of soya nuts.
Take morning-walk everyday early in the morning
Practice yoga and free hand exercise regularly.

  2. I agree, having an extension on actual page links is more intuitive
    for the user to realize that the link goes to an actual page, and not
    a directory. On the other side though, if you ever change page
    extensions, you’ll have your hands full with broken inbound links.
