It is time to assemble your Summer Spools.

To layout your quilt center you will need:
one hundred 2-3/4" squares from background fabric
one hundred pieced spools - 2-3/4" unfinished
11-1/2" appliqued center block

Layout quilt center alternating spools blocks and solid squares.
15 blocks across and 15 blocks down. Center applique.
Add borders - Cut four 3" x width of fabric strips and add
border using your quilts measurement for border strip lengths.
Quilt as desired and add single thickness binding.
