"If you look at all the psychological profiling about bombers, they typically will look at porn. They are literally wankers. Severe onanists.”Yet the idea seems strangely familiar. And a little googling tells me where I first came across it.
In February 2006 Ian Buruma began a Guardian article as follows:
Does masturbation lead to suicide bombing? One would think not. There is no more direct link to suicide bombing than there is to blindness or schizophrenia. But there may be a connection between sexual inadequacy or frustration and the pull towards violent extremism.Like anything by Buruma, it is worth reading.
